Department of Humanities organised a session on life skills

St Agnes PU College, Department of Humanities organised a session on life skills for the students of II HEPP on August 4, 2022 in the conference hall at 10 am. The objective of this programme was to encourage students to explore and develop the skills necessary for successful living and learning. Mrs Vinatha K was the resource person. The speaker in her address spoke about vital life skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, empathy etc. she explained how these skills have an effect on our physical and mental health. The students also did some tests like critical thinking test, Bhatia’s battery of performance test etc. “Mrs Olivia Patrao introduced the speaker and welcomed the gathering”. The programme was compered by Ms Tanisha Shaktawat” Ms Rhea Pereira proposed the vote of thanks.
