On the occasion of International Youth Day, St Agnes PU College, Mangaluru
organized a webinar “Youth Esprit” on 12 August 2020.
Sr Norine Dsouza, The Principal of the college welcomed the speakers and the
participants of the webinar. She also highlighted on the importance of the day.
Ms M Athmika Amin, Executive Director, JV Springs addressed on how to be an
entrepreneur and the opportunities available in a city like Mangaluru for startups
as well as the process of building your own brand. She also stressed on the
importance of cultivating the habit of planning in one’s day to day life.
Ms Nelvita Cleona Noronha , Assistant Professor in Law at SDM Law College,
Mangaluru focused on how Teen Life with its challenges is an adventure to be
experienced and emphasized on the various self motivation skills needed to excel
in life.
Ms Nashma Khatija, Student, School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangaluru
stressed on how to maintain a cordial relationship with different forces that
influence their life.
It was a proud moment for the college as all the three eminent speakers were an
alumna of the institution.
